1. Commissions are for personal use only unless otherwise agreed upon. For commercial use, please contact me for specific terms and pricing.
2. I reserve the right to decline any commission request without explanation if it falls outside my comfort zone or aligns with themes I do not wish to portray.
3. I retain the rights to the commissioned artwork, including the right to display it in my portfolio or on social media. If you prefer your piece to remain private, let me know in advance.
4. You may not resell, modify, or redistribute the artwork without my explicit permission.
5. You may not use my art to train AI.What I Will Draw

1. Payment is accepted exclusively via PayPal and must be made in USD.
2. Full payment is required upfront for commissions.
3. Payments are processed through PayPal invoices to ensure security and tracking for both parties.
4. Refunds are available under the following conditions:Full refund if the commission has not been started.
Partial refund if the commission is in progress, depending on the amount of work completed.
No refund once the final piece has been delivered.---Process & Communication
(Communication will take place via email. Please respond promptly to ensure your commission is completed in a timely manner. If I do not hear back from you within 7 days after sending a sketch or question, your commission may be delayed or canceled without refund)1. After payment, I will provide sketches and work-in-progress (WIP) images, for your approval.
2. Minor revisions are included during the sketch phase. Significant changes after approval of the sketch will cost extra.
3. The typical turnaround time is 1-4 weeks, depending on the complexity of the commission and my current workload. I will communicate any delays promptly.---Usage Rights
1. As the artist, I retain the copyright to the artwork, even after the commission is completed.
2. Clients may:
- Use the commissioned piece for personal use (e.g., profile pictures, wallpapers).
- Print the artwork for personal use only.
3. Clients may not:
- Use the artwork for profit, including resale or merchandise, without prior agreement.
- Claim the artwork as their own.---Cancellation Policy
1. If you wish to cancel the commission, please contact me as soon as possible.
2. Refunds will be issued based on the progress of the work (see "Payment" section).
3. I reserve the right to cancel a commission at any time due to unforeseen circumstances or inappropriate behavior from the client.
